Therapeutic Massage is an enjoyable healing tool which promotes good health and well being. The goal of therapeutic massage is to achieve relaxation and relief from discomfort associated with muscle tension.

The body and mind are closely linked, so with relaxation and rejuvenation of body, comes tranquility of mind and balance of emotions.

Massage sessions and techniques are tailored to each client's individual needs. Offering deep tissue sports massage, massage for the elderly, relaxation massage and techniques for relief from stress and anxiety.

Tommy is a member of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is fully insured.
